Cancellations
More than 5 working days before your chosen delivery date:
There is a 4% fee (covers the transaction costs charged by payment providers).
Less than 5 working days before your chosen delivery date:
Due to the personalisation of our products, preparation begins days in advance, and we bake the brownies to order. For this reason, cancellation within this period is unfortunately not possible as we have made all the necessary preparations, and this would lead to unnecessary food waste.
Working days count from Monday to Friday as Saturday and Sunday the kitchen is closed.
Issues and faults
If you believe you have received your order in a less than expected condition, please email us at joyspecialist@cakebashstudio.com with photo evidence. All complaints are investigated and you may be asked to ship back the product to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to manager review.
Postage delays
Please be aware that we will not be issuing refunds for any postage delays or postage issues by our selected carrier. By ordering through us, you are accepting the risks associated with sending parcels by our selected carrier. If we are aware of any postage delays, we will do our best to notify our customer in advance either on our website or direct to customers. Our estimated delivery time frames from dispatch date are only estimates, not a guarantee.
Wrong delivery address provided by customer
Unfortunately if an incomplete or incorrect address is provided by the customer, there is no guarantee the customer will receive the order.
If the order is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided by the customer, we cannot send the order back out to the customer as it will not be fresh and the customer will have to reorder again.
No refunds will be provided to customers who supply us with incorrect address details.
