Shipping policy

Because we use third-party delivery companies we cannot 100% guarantee delivery.


We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail Express®, which provides next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 PM.


You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it’s been collected for delivery.


We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

Couriers can occasionally have some internal delays. Please make sure to follow tracking information for details.

Please be aware that we will not be issuing refunds for any postage delays or postage issues by our selected carrier.


By ordering through us, you are accepting the risks associated with sending parcels by our selected carrier.


If we are aware of any postage delays, we will do our best to notify our customer in advance either on our website or direct to customers.


Our estimated delivery time frames from dispatch date are only estimates, not a guarantee.
